We are on the hunt for an experienced chef to join our team.
We are a cafe situated in an office building, cater for more than 500 people. We offer a big range of Cabinet Food, and an elaborate seasonal menu. So we are looking for someone who can handle the pressure and be creative with what he/she put on the plate.
Please note: This is not a beginning job. We are looking for an EXPERIENCED CHEF!
What we need from you:
- Full time staff
- 3 years experience in fast paced cafe kitchen
- Able to work independently and with other team members
- Honest and reliable
- Passionate about food and Hospo
- Have the ability to design/alter seasonal menu.
- Understand how pricing and budgeting works, and able to design menu accordingly
- Monitor the hygiene and work safety within kitchen
- Able to train new staff while needed
- Sole charge in Restocking, Planning and Waste Management
- Follow government Food Safety Programme (FCP)
