Max Contracts, now Max People, was conceived to fill a gap in the labour-hire market where there was a definite need to provide something different than the industry standard to Construction clients. The concept was to provide suitable workers that arrived on-site fully equipped, with all the required PPE, briefed and up to speed on what's their daily duties are.  Workers were able to start immediately with no downtime to be experienced by the client. From this, grew the idea to develop structured teams who were supported by Max representatives to manage quality, health & safety as well as any daily issues. This service meant the client was able to focus solely on the project at hand while our teams undertook the work, and the model of "managed labour teams" was born.

Following a change in Directorship and Shareholding, the opportunity presented itself to rebrand the company to provide a more direct message to our clients, candidates and the market.  Max People, has inherited all the intellectual property, clients, candidates and branding as the Max Group has been in business since 2011. The Max Group has secured strong relationships with key construction leaders including Fulton Hogan, Downer, HEB Construction, CPB and City Care to name but a few.
