Site Maintenance Technician

Schedule of Duties
1: Use the following Equipment and Plant in carrying out your duties.
Lawn Mower (Hand Driven)
Line Trimmer
Brush Cutter
Back Pack Blower
Hand Blower
Company Vehicle, Trailers and Ride on Mowers
Water Blasters and Surface Cleaners
Hedge Trimmers
Weed Spraying
Various Items of cleaning equipment (Vacuum Cleaner, Floor Polisher, Mop &
Bucket etc)
Various Hand Tools (Wheel Barrow etc)
Chainsaw & Spraying Equipment (Training is a prerequisite)
2: Carry out the following Tasks

Site Clearing
Lawn Mowing
Hedge Trimming
Tree Removal / Pruning
Gardening
Weeding
Weed Spraying
Rubbish Removal
Tip Dumping
Water Blasting
Maintenance on Paths and Driveways
General Cleaning (this includes Vacuuming, Windows, Walls and Toilets)
Graffiti Removal
Painting

3: Photographs
You must take photographs at the start and finish of each job.
They must be sent to your mailbox at the start and finish of each job.
