Job Description:

Our company is seeking an experience Service Administrator for their MT Wellington workshop. We are seeking an experienced and competent person to join our team in this key role.


The successful applicant will be responsible for the:



  • All aspects of job costing

  • Create and update hoists chart for servicing

  • Arrange suppliers for in-house and onsite

  • Arrange servicing of customer and fleet hoist

  • Co-ordinate all breakdowns with workshop Managers and customers

  • Opening and closing of all fleet jobs


The successful applicant will have the following attributes:



  • Ability to organize daily workload unsupervised

  • Sound time management and organizational skills

  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to relate to people from varied background

  • Excellent keyboard skills and accurate data entry

  • A great team player
