The Role;

The Help Desk and Centralised Service Lead Administrator role requires someone who can think outside the box and apply technologies learned into a live and changing environment.  This team member would be responsible for maintaining and enhancing  internal and monitoring systems, with the express vision of ensuring automation is a key goal for our proactive services. This in-house role also requires our systems champion to engage on our Support Desk with our wonderful clients as first point of contact for all services requests, working some requests and managing the helpdesk flow through to escalation.   

Job Requirements:

What you would bring:

  • At least two years experience in a support role
  • In depth experience using RMM tools
  • Understanding of backup systems and security apps
  • Excellent understanding of the Triage process
  • Microsoft qualification a bonus
  • Experience with the Connectwise suite would be an added bonus
  • A true passion for IT and growing your skills
