Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic person to join our after hours service coordination team based in our Napier Branch. The successful applicants will be responsible for coordinating homecare services to a client base covering areas throughout New Zealand.

The position requires flexible rostered hours with work mostly weekends and some weekdays along with am/pm work outside of normal business hours. There will be a requirement to cover further hours in the absence of staff and provide cover for statutory holidays.

Applicants will require the following attributes:

  • Professional phone manner
  • Customer service orientated
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Able to use initiative, problem solve and work both independently, and in a team
  • Call centre and client management system experience would be advantageous
  • A health background is desirable but other relevant experience will also be considered
