Job Description:

WBC is an inner city restaurant on the 1st floor of an old boot factory, we have been open for 5 years and have a great local, national and international following.
We are looking for a chef with at least 2 to 3 years experience in a senior Chef de partie or Sous chef role, they must be well presented, organised, be used to ordering stock and stock management, and have the ability to fit in with and work along side our small team and lead shifts.


·         We have an extensive oyster and clam bar, the cuisine draws on influences from around the world, mainly Asia, The Middle East and South America
·         We are open from Tuesday to Saturday lunch and dinner service, Sunday and Monday closed.


Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
