Job Description:

Distinction Luxmore Hotel is a 4 star Hotel located in the heart of beautiful Lake Te Anau Township . The hotel comprising of 180 guest rooms, 2 * F&B outlets.

Demi Chef / Commis Chef
  • Confident in all aspects of cookery
  • At least 1 year experience
  • Experience in a la carte restaurant, Buffett & Breakfast
  • Reporting to the Exec chef / Sous Chef
  • Cooking and preparing food to a high level on stanadard
  • Maintaning cleaning schedules & food safety records
  • Living already in NZ
Chef de Partie
  • Minimum qualification Diploma in Cookery Level 4 (or the equivalent qualification preferably in a Hotel kitchen or similar environment) and  minimum of 4 years relevant experience as a chef, 
  • Pleasant, friendly personality with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work competently under pressure.
  • Dependable and trustworthy.
  • High standard of personal hygiene and presentation.
