Job Description:

We have multiple roles available in Avondale and Pukekohe. We are looking for hands on, proactive and positive administrators that can provide a variety of administrative support to different departments. 

If successful, your main duties will be: 
- Managing the front desk, answering calls and greeting visitors
- Preparing the boardrooms, organizing refreshments and catering
- Updating and maintaining all records on the internal database
- Assisting other teams on creating templates and working on sales projects 
- Other general admin duties such as, filing, updating records and organizing functions. 

To be considered for this role, you will need: 
- 1-2 years minimum proven administrations, data entry, call centre experience with fantastic phone etiquette 
- Full drivers license and reliable transport
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suites 

The role is full time Monday to Friday normal business hours with a competitive hourly rate. We are looking for people who can start work as soon as possible.
