Job Description:

We are a small, friendly team in the manufacturing and construction industry looking for an experienced Accounts and Administration Assistant to join our growing compant based in Penrose.

This busy role is permanent full time based in our Penrose office.

In this role you will be involved in:

  • Accounts - debtors/creditors/reconciliations.
  • Reception - mail/filing/photocopying/general office duties.
  • Maintaining company registers - Motor vehicles/travel/document storage.
  • Coordination of purchasing functions.

Key Attributes

  • Previous accounts experience using MYOB is essential.
  • A thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Good communication skills. Both written and oral.
  • The ability to work autonomously within a small team.
  • Accuracy with high attention to detail.
  • A can-do attitude, able to work under pressure and multi task.

You will need to have adequate experience including accounts, for your application to be considered.

You must be eligible to work in NZ.
