Heavy Vehicle and Mobile Plant Diesel Mechanics. An exciting opportunity exists with our clients based in the Greater Waikato area. Work with the latest automotive equipment in both field service and workshop roles.

Each job different from the last as you will be working on a variety of machinery, this role will keep you on your toes.

The following experience is essential:
 

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience servicing heavy machinery and trucks
• Experience should include engine, transmission and hydraulic systems
• Experience with computerized control systems for heavy equipment used in civil construction works and quarries
• Trade Qualification or extensive experience as a Diesel Mechanic
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to understand technical information, plan ahead and bring a disciplined approach to tasks
• Must be hard working and motivated
• Must be willing to submit to a drug test and pass
• Self-motivated and a pro-active attitude
