Plant Administration Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity at our Belfast Plant for an Administration Assistant.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Broad-based experience or a sound knowledge of payroll processing, office administration, and employment legislation.
  • Computer literacy - proficiency in the use of Microsoft office systems and (desirably) Pay Global with particular proficiency with numerical data entry.
  • Good organisation and time management.
  • Demonstrates excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills including via telephone.
  • Proven customer service competencies.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of the payroll team.
  • A good understanding of red meat sector business and government support for primary industry.
