REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN

 A company are seeking a Refrigeration Technician experienced in Refrigeration servicing, fault finding, installation and maintenance, to join their service department. The company provides a full service, from initial design / engineering, to construction, commissioning, refurbishment, maintenance and repairs on systems and equipment, are looking for a to maintain both Commercial / Industrial Refrigeration systems.

Key requirements:

• Service & Maintenance of Commercial / Industrial Refrigeration systems
• Experience in commercial or industrial refrigeration maintenance is mandatory.
• A proven background in refrigeration installation, maintenance, servicing and remedial repairs.
• NZ Registration with Practicing licence or a Limited Electrical Registration (A & B) / EST licence is preferred
• Trade Certificate in Refrigeration
• Electronic controls knowledge is an advantage
• A current clean NZ driver’s licence
• Good communication skills and a proven work history
• A self-starter with good initiative
• Able to work within a team environment
• A high standard of workmanship is required

Job Details:

Wage:             General $ rate neg with skills & experience

Location:        Napier, North Island, New Zealand

Times:             M-F 8am – 4.30pm (40 hours flexible)

Overtime:       Overtime paid time 1½

Misc:               Company Vehicle & Mobile phone supplied

Allowances:   Callout & Tool allowances (Basic tools required)

Start:               ASAP
