At Corporate Cabs we really love our customers and are dedicated to providing the best Customer Service to hundreds of clients on a day to day basis. 

A typical day for a member of our contact service centre team would consist of them being on the phone to customers and drivers placing orders in our system. With the demand for our service being strong it can be a high pressured environment at times so team members need to be able to cope with that! 

To be considered for this role you will require the following attributes:
• Great on the phone – good English, excellent listening skills, confident manner and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Are all about exceeding customer service expectations
• Happy to work on a roster basis, for some roles are designed to cover 24/7
• Have the ability to learn fast, be curious and never stop improving your skills

While previous call centre experience will be given preference, if you have been working in hospitality or similar and have a positive attitude and outlook on life with basic administration skills and a minimum of 3 years’ work experience we would invite you to apply.
