We are a company specialising in Database and Telephone Account Management.
We are seeking savvy Telephone Account Managers with business acumen to join our Team of Contractors.

The roles start at 10 hours per week from home and can increase to 20-25 hours per week.
Flexible Hours between 9-5 pm Monday-Thursday.
To succeed as a TAM you will need:
  • Experience in a call centre or sales environment.
  • An incredible focus on customer service and experience, anticipating an opportunity for a sale.
  • Excellent communication skills, in particular an excellent phone manner.
  • Discipline to meet allocated calling hours per week as agreed.
  • Motivation to meet an agreed minimum amount of calls.
  • Tenacity to maintain quality calls and outcomes long term.
  • Excellent comprehension skills in written and spoken English.
  • Good data entry skills and comfortable using in-house systems. Full training on our CRM provided.
  • Understanding of contractor responsibilities i.e. chargeable/non-chargeable time.
  • A quiet child free workspace that can function as your office.
  • A computer with broadband connection.
  • Good working knowledge of computer systems: emails, internet, documents, (excel).
