About the Company
Our client is a leading Global Logistics Provider. A full service forwarder well known in the industry.

About the Role
We have an opportunity for approximately 4 months to come in and support the Import team changing systems. The role is predominately invoicing airfreight and seafreight, approving cartage statements and potentially organising transport.

About You
Our ideal candidates will have worked in a similar role within the freight forwarding industry and have the below attributes;
  • Have had experience in administration especially invoicing
  • EDI Cargowise experience preferred but not essential
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Thinks outside the box and will use your initiative
  • Attention to detail
  • A team player with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication; verbal & written
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Pro-active and resourceful with excellent time management
  • Must be able to take ownership
  • Must be professional, well mannered and have a sense of humour
