Customer Service Representatives - Salesforce/SAP

Our Client

Our client is a well-established FMCG company looking for 2x highly experienced customer service representatives for an immediate start.

About the role:

Working within this highly skilled team and reporting to the Customer Service manager, your day will be filled with customer enquiries and processing orders in Salesforce/SAP.

This is more than just a customer service role, you will be required to have excellent problem-solving skills, empathy, sound experience around decision making, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.

You will primarily be assisting consumers who have purchased a range of products (FMCG), dealing with any issues they have and resolving or escalating them in a timely manner.

To be successful in the role you will ideally meet the following criteria:

  • Experience in a similar work environment
  • Dealt with customer enquiries and complaints
  • Experience using Salesforce and/or SAP
  • Processed orders
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills
  • Able to problem solve and juggle tasks
  • Tech Savvy - able to pick up new software systems quickly and efficiently
