Production Manager. Joinery / Cabinetmaking experience. Residential. Overseeing Staff. Placing orders. Computer literate. Fluent English. West. $35/hr ASAP.

Job Requirements:

An impressive award-winning traditional bespoke cabinet and joinery / cabinetmaking company, manufacturing to a high standard of craftsmanship, are looking for a Production Manager to join their close-knit team. The company specialise in custom made kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms & living spaces, including extensive renovations, new builds and bespoke furniture as well.
 
PRODUCTION MANAGER – Joinery / Cabinetmaking
 
Primary responsibilities
  • Production Manager experience essential
  • Cabinetmaking / Joinery experience, preferably within the residential market
  • Coordinate production floor activities, pricing & placing orders with suppliers
  • Scheduling of production floor to meet deadlines, install dates and dispatch
  • Receive drawings from technical designers (cut lists, etc)
  • Able to make decisions and problem solve
  • Attention to detail is always an advantage
  • Personable and confident when talking to clients
  • Able to read & speak English fluently
  • Reliable and with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Health and Safety responsibility on floor
  • Reliably competent on computers
 
Job details:
  • Type - Full time permanent position
  • Wage - $35/hr - $72k pa neg. neg with qualifications, skills & experience
  • Based – West Auckland
  • Start - A.S.A.P.
