Job Details:

We are currently seeking experienced Kronos Workforce Management Support Consultants / Business Analysts to join our client’s leading Technology team in New Zealand. The role will be based in the Wellington region.

 

This position will be involved in the support of a major Kronos solution for a key NZ Client.

The role will include all aspects of customer relationship and customer support, providing support to a user base of  over 13,000 people.

Applicants should have a solid knowledge of Kronos Solutions and have experience in supporting or implementing Kronos Solutions.

Experience in a Service Centre Incidents environment would be a distinct advantage.

We are looking for consultants of different levels from an SME through to Support.

Please Note: We can only consider applicants who have New Zealand or Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency Status.

Core skills required:

Core Kronos support and implementation experience.
Substantial experience and knowledge of working in a 2nd and 3rd level application support role, with proven ability to lead enterprise application issues through a problem management process to work around solution.
Ability to write technical documentation clearly and precisely.
Strong Microsoft SQL data analysis skills.
XML knowledge and ability to investigate SOAP integration issues.
Experience in Kronos V7, specifically: time keeping and scheduling modules, Kronos WIM experience and patching and service packs
Knowledge of Javascript in relation to SOAP messaging and database access would be an advantage.
Microsoft Windows 2012 server administration experience would be useful but not essential.
Microsoft Visual Studio RDL experience would be an advantage.
