Job Description:

We are looking for experienced HR and Recruitment Administrators and Coordinators for a variety of Permanent, Temporary and Fixed roles with some of our clients. 

Our clients are looking for candidates with strong attention to detail, good Microsoft Office skills and previous experience in:
  • Preparing letters of offer and employment agreements
  • Being the point of contact for the HR team for the organisation
  • Providing administration support to the HR team
  • Maintaining policies and procedures and relevant forms
  • Uploading job vacancies on the internet, web and managing the flow of job applications

In order to hit the ground running, you will need to be a quick thinker who can multitask different priorities at once. You must have previous HR Admin experience, a high level of attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and you will naturally be someone who thrives in a fast paced environment.
