Job Description:

Your pivotal role is to provide IS Support for Bupa Care Services users nationally which includes day to day operations on the service desk (call answering, assignment and management, incident resolution, request provision and desktop support), system administration, capacity, availability and continuity management, documentation, reporting and IT training for all Bupa users.

You will have a minimum for 2 years relevant experience and have extensive experience with Microsfot Windows Operating Systems as well as ITSM knowledge and possess great communication skills. 

Our current opportunity is for a Service Desk Analyst which is based in our support office in Porirua, Wellington.  You'll be part of a team who pride themselves on providing effective and efficient technology support and solutions to the company.
