Job Description:

Gourmet Summerfruit is a large horticultural operation, with a small but lively office in Roxburgh. We have a core group of employees year-round, that increases seasonally when the cherries are ripe and ready for picking. The office team provide support in a casual yet professional environment to keep the operation running smoothly.

As a Harvest Season Helper, you’ll be assisting the Office Manager with a range of tasks so previous experience in a payroll or administration role, especially using MYOB would be an advantage.

A few specific responsibilities will include assisting with recruiting staff for seasonal picking, compiling employment packs, assisting with induction processes and with the site Facebook page.

You’ll have the ability to work autonomously, with skills to organise, multi-task and prioritise. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data entry is essential. You’ll also demonstrate skills with Word, Excel and Outlook, be willing to assist anyone that walks through the door and radiate a positive energy.
