Export Documentation Officer - Fixed Term Contract (Mid Dec 2018 - Oct 2019)

In this role you will be supported by a great team who value hard work and a great sense of humour. As an export documentation officier specialising in meat products you will be experienced in completing and processing the documentation for customs, bio security, MPI and other related agencies. You will ensure the goods are dispatched on time and invoiced within appropriate time frames. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete all customs, health certs, and SIL information within required time frame
  • Compare draft and actual bill of lading to ensure all correct for payment
  • preparation of export entries
  • Accurate customer invoicing
  • Customer updates on delivery
  • Organisation of bank documentation for LC's and collections
  • Check all freight costs to freight invoices and release for payment
  • Generate customer credits when required

Skills & Experience
  • 2-3 years in a exports documentation role
  • High attention to detail
  • Customer focused
  • Ability to prioritise and work in a fast paced environment
  • Great attitude and brings a good sense of humour

Salary: Good salary on offer according to experience
