Our West Liquor stores are modern, vibrant and well-presented and we're looking for people that are the same!  
 
We are looking for passionate and customer focused Retail Duty Managers to join our team, working across 2 locations including our brand new West Liquor Red Hills Store.  We have a variety of shifts throughout the week to provide you with flexibility to meet your needs.
 
The Role:
 
  • Deliver exceptional customer service experience while monitoring and upholding the Store’s legal obligations with respect to the Sales of Alcohol legislation.
  • Effective use of retail merchandise strategies to optimise Store presentation, promotional display and most importantly generate sales.
  • Overseeing all aspects of cash handling, stock management, health& Safety and, staff training and development.

  • previous experience working in a retail environment
  • strong communication skills, a passion for delivering world class customer service and proven track record in building lasting rapport
  • the ability to deliver retail merchandise strategies with a unique and creative flair
  • commitment in upskilling your team from on boarding, on the job training to specialist product knowledge.
