The Company:

Fluid are proud to be partnering once again with this leading employer in the Hamilton market. Privately owned they are a large organisation operating in the manufacturing and production sector.

We are currently working with their payroll team as they look to bring on board a new permanent member.

The Role:

As a payroll professional you will be responsible for assisting with the processing payroll, remitting payroll taxes as well as preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll statements and employee maintenance.

You will need to ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and that information is collected, calculated and entered correctly as well as to ensure all policies and procedures are followed in accordance with legislation.

Requirements:

You will need -

  • Superb attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Adaptable and robust working style
  • Previous payroll experience (ideally decent sized volume, shift work or multiple runs)
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
