Sales Coordinator - Exciting new role! A step into Account Management!

  • An administration, coordination and client interacting office-based role.  Which could lead to out-on-the-road Account Management in time. 
  • From processing orders, quoting, administration and artwork management, through to liaising with both clients and your internal team. And loads of coordinating!  This role has it all!
  • You will be working with Account Managers, assisting with the management of high-value blue chip clients.  Working with brands you know and love.
  • Working efficiently, multi-tasking and ensuring each and every brief is treated with enthusiasm, accuracy and creativity.


  • With impeccable attention to detail, exceptional communication (both verbal and written language to a clear, professional level), advanced computer skills and the ability to juggle many tasks at once.
  • Although you may not have loads of work experience yet, what we are really after is someone who is highly intelligent, quick of their feet and can think "outside the square" and use initiative.  
  • If you come from a Print, Promotional, POS or Agency background (even if for a year plus) this would be an advantage.  As would a Marketing or Communications (or similar) tertiary qualification.
  • Your personal presentation will need to be as stylish and corporate as the work you produce - as you will have the opportunity to meet your corporate clients and, if you are a superstar, be promoted to Account Management in time.
  • You can't be a "clock-watcher" here.  There are times when multiple briefs come in at once, and those who work hard are certainly recognized and very well rewarded.
  • Two days will never be the same, so you must have the capacity to work calmly and methodically under pressure,  This is very much a deadline driven environment where your organization and coordination skills need to be on-point 100% of the time. 


  • Ranging from $45-$55K to start depending on experience. If you have relevant experience the upper of the range will be on offer.
