Reception Administrator - Casual On Call


Our Client

Our client is a well-loved NZ Brand, known globally. They are based in Takanini and are looking for a casual on-call admin superstar to join their team!

About the Role

Based at the main reception desk, you'll be working to support staff, meet n greet clients, and be on-call to cover any leave or assistance for the fulltime reception administrator.

Main tasks will be:

  • Answering phones
  • Calendar bookings
  • Meet & greet visitors
  • Organising swipe card & monitoring parking
  • Data Entry and spreadsheet work
  • Assisting with general staff queries at all levels

Our Ideal Candidate

With no set hours, we're looking for someone who is keen to get some casual work on and off. This will be an ongoing role, for as long as they require extra assistance on occasion.

We'd like you to have the following attributes:

  • Have relevant Administration experience
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite – especially Excel
  • Willing to jump in and help out where needed
  • Can work autonomously
  • Reliable & Committed
