Our client is a Social Media Marketing company  and is in massive growth mode. They enable businesses to market themselves, with targeted campaigns, across Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest, ultising the reach of millions of consumers.

Particularly successful across New Zealand’s Real Estate market, our client allows Real Estate companies and Agents to maximize the impact and returns of social media marketing.

Due to their continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and inspired Sales Manager to mentor, support and empower a team of Field based Area Managers and Telephone Sales people.

 Stationed on the front line, your role will not only be to motivate your team, but also to share the right tools and knowledge to allow them to realise their full potential.

 We are particularly interested in those who demonstrate capability in:

  • Identifying, planning and implementing sales initiatives to ensure the business meets its commercial sales strategy, ensuring all new account acquisition and growth targets are met
  • Coaching, developing and mentoring the entire sales team to achieve and exceed all sales KPI’s
  • Recruiting and training new team members effectively
  •  Ability to manage leadership time and effectiveness across Phone teams, NZ based field team,  Small Australian  based Field team and Support team
  • Facilitating regular sales meetings, ensuring activity, achievement reviews
  • Identify staff skill and knowledge gaps and organise/conduct the necessary training to improve the overall performance of the team.
  • Preparing and communicating sales and activity reports ensuring optimisation of resources
  • Manage the sales metrics, telephony stats, revenue tracking, trending and predictions
  • Establish specific sales activities, including pipeline measurement, action planning & conversion rates.
  • Improve sales processes and reduce performance barriers
  • Setting department and sub department KPI's
  • Maintaining high standards of professionalism, with flawless customer on boarding and after sales care

  • A proven track record in managing both Field-based and Telephone Sales people
  • Advanced capability with sales and business analytics
  • Ability to analyse and interpret sales metrics, telephony stats, revenue tracking
  • Experience in managing sales people across all facets of the sales process; including pipeline optimisation, up selling and cross selling, sales upcycling, retention, support/admin.
  • Inspires strong engagement and commitment in others.
  • Builds trust, cohesiveness and teamwork across organizational boundaries.
  • Ensures the highest standards of commercial, operational & administration governance
  • Demonstrates the drive and discipline to achieve repeated success.
  • Ability to attract, retain and develop talent.
  • A self-starter, well organized…full of energy, drive and commitment.
  •  Would suit a Sales Manager with a background from within media, selling into RealEstate, SEO, or any other fast paced role.
