Job Description:

An award-winning company in the manufacturing and construction industry is looking for an accounts and administration assistant to join their expanding team.

The Role
This role is perfect for an experienced accounts administrator to further their career and work in a varied role. You will work within a small team and deal with management and staff to ensure the smooth running of the business. Assisting the administration manager, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable/credit control
  • Account reconciliations
  • Purchase order processing
  • Reception duties
  • General administration tasks such as stationary orders, filing and photocopying
What's on offer
  • Salary of up to $60,000 depending on level of experience

About you
  • Experience with MYOB is essential
  • High attention to detail
  • Accounts and admin all rounder
  • Show initiative to identify and issues and better ways of working
  • Intermediate excel knowledge including creating new spreadsheets
