About the role: Seeking a unique experienced (Transport) Administration Support Person

The Administration Support person will be responsible for helping manage all back end administration duties of the business, a multi-tasking role helping checking everything from checking invoices and run sheets, all the way through to occasionally covering for dispatch as well.

Key Tasks:

 
  • Maintaining EROAD a transport system
  • Checking run sheets
  • Checking invoices for discrepancies
  • Data entry
  • Dispatching functions
  • Updating company systems
  • Proactive and accurate communication is essential
  • Provide cover for other staff when absent
  • Customer service experience is a must
  • Entering data into systems
  • Performs well under pressure



Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
 
  • Ability to balance and meet deadlines
  • Customer focused
  • Strong administration skills, in Word, Excel, Outlook (Email)
  • Results oriented and resilient
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism
