Are you a seasoned administrator or a teacher looking for change? 

Do you know the ins and outs of Info-Care and ECE Ministry of Education requirements like the back of your hand?

The role of Centre Administrator is crucial to the success of our centres, by meeting our Ministry requirements and assisting our teaching teams to do what they do best. 

This position is 40 hours per week from 8.00 – 4.30. You will be based at our Dilworth Road centre in Remuera, and will also spend one morning down the road at our Epsom centre, plus one morning at our centre in Kohimarama. 

The role provides plenty of variety with a good mix of reception and admin – we guarantee you won’t be bored! You will be the first point of contact for our families, greeting our children and caregivers as they arrive, taking phone and email enquiries and giving centre tours. The admin side includes everything from enrolments and attendance (using VisTab), to funding calculations and Ministry reporting, plus everything in between! 

What do you need to show us? That you’re a friendly face for our families and teams. A multi-tasker with super-charged organisational skills. And your all-important experience with Info-Care and understanding of Ministry requirements.
