Job Description:

My client is a professional project management and quantity surveying practice based on the CBD western fringe.
They undertake a wide range of services and projects in Auckland and around NZ that includes new build commercial buildings, multi-storey residential apartments, multi-storey refurbishment and reclads, and large scale low rise residential developments.
The Project Management role includes ownership, leadership and management of the entire process from project inception through to successful final completion, including programme, cost and quality.
They are seeking professional Project Managers/Quantity Surveyors who possess the following qualities and attributes:
•             Degree or diploma qualified in Project Management, Quantity Surveying (preferred), Construction, Architecture or Building Surveying or similar.
•             Minimum 5 years experience in client side project management preferably with a professional consultancy (alternatively top tier commercial construction experience also considered).
•             Attention to detail, organised, motivated, reliable, responsible, autonomous, presentable, professional, loyal, ability to communicate effectively and clearly
•             Indepth knowledge of NZS3910 and/or NZIA SCC, FIDIC or similar
•             Proven track record as Engineer to Contract or Engineer's Representative
•             Microsoft Project proficiency
•             Able to establish and motivate a collaborative and cohesive project team
•             Proficient in commercial and contractual financial and risk matters
•             Excel, Word and typing proficiency
•             English proficiency, verbal and written
•             Keen to progress in experience and responsibility and grow with the company
