We are looking for an experienced planner ideally with CPIM or equivalent who is able to think strategically and be flexible and proactive in their approach to a challenging, complex supply chain. You will display ownership of your area, be results driven and have a continuous improvement mind-set. A knowledge of the complexities of the meat industry would be an advantage but not essential.
Your skills and attributes:
- Demonstrated excellence in S&OP / production planning within a multi-line or multi-site operation
- Hands on and commercially astute, good at performing and interpreting statistical analysis and identifying options
- Advanced excel skills
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to lead and influence people
- Excellent communication skills and a resilient attitude
- Ability to work with dynamic and rapidly changing demands with tight dead-lines
- Highly motivated and driven by Continuous Improvement
