Job Description:

Due to an internal promotion we have a fixed term contract role available for a Fees Administrator.  Your role will be to receipt all payments from all funders and private payers for our Care Home residents' and allocate the payments onto the correct debtors' accounts.  You will build relationships with the funders, care home administrators and the Billing team.

You will be computer literate and excellent data entry skills with attention to detail are essential. An understanding of bank reconciliations is also useful.

This is a full-time fixed term role for 6 month, based in our Porirua office.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience and knowledge in the debtors process with great attention to detail, who takes responsibility for all aspects of the process, fast data entry with exceptional accuracy, outstanding numeration skills, excellent time management skills, and empathy for the client.
