Job Description:

As a team of five, we're a small agency and we like it that way. We don't want to be the biggest at what we do, but the best - a big reason we were recognised as a finalist at the recent Seek SARA awards. We're NZ owned and both owners work within the business day to day. We have a growing client base in our specialist areas of freight forwarding, sales, manufacturing, insurance, logistics and administration. We operate in both permanent and temporary recruitment.

A critical role in supporting the rest of the team to be the best they can. While you'll be manning our reception that will ultimately be the easiest part of your role in which no two days will be the same. You'll be supporting the team by lapping up their admin requirements, supporting their candidate resourcing and screening, some PA duties, marketing support including adding a vibrant voice to our social media presence. Put simply, your role is making everyone else's role easier all the while developing your own skill-set and making yourself indispensable.
