Job Description:

As part of a facility team, your support allows our frontline employees to focus on our residents and customers. Here we all share a passion to deliver the very highest standards of care to the elderly.

The key components of this role are to provide general administration support with a high level of customer service. This is a very busy environment and you will need to bring energy along with your proficiency with Microsoft Office. You should also be able to demonstrate a commitment to customer service. You will need to be well organised and previous experience in the Aged Care industry is desirable.

Job Requirements:

* Proficiency in full MS Office Suite (Excel to Intermediate Level, Word, Outlook &     PowerPoint) using Mail Merge and typing of 50 wpm.
* Proficient and confident to carry out basic trouble shooting checks with the suport of   the IT department. 
* Vocational or technical training in office administraton, recpetion and customer   service. 
* A minimum of 3 years experience in board-based clerical work with accounting   experience in payables, receivables and reconciliations.
