Customer Service Adviser

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives who are smart self-starters.  You will approach your role with purpose, urgency and discipline and take ownership of your tasks.

This is an exciting opportunity to carve out a new career path.  You will receive continuous training and coaching in order to learn effective questioning techniques to understand a clients circumstances and relay information in easy to understand terms.

Your responsibilities will include communicating with clients from our contact centre; assisting them with their statutory obligations and helping them understand the different services and options available to them.

This role would be ideal for anyone with a law degree, a policy degree, a work history with IRD, the Commerce Commission, or any role interpreting policy within a government department.
