Job Description:

Part-time 32.5 hours/week


Are you a team player who can carry out the full range of clerical, administrative and secretarial support functions for the Gas team and ensure the smooth operation and day-to-day r
unning of the office?

To be successful in this role, you need the following:


  • Ideally two to three years' experience in an office support role
  • A positive attitude and a high level of initiative, professionalism, confidentiality and tact
  • Thoroughness and attention to quality and detail
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn new systems and adapt to change
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • An intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
