Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity in our Whangarei Office for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our busy team. We are looking for someone who has the right attitude, the willingness to learn and take on anything we can throw at them! 

This will initially be a part time position (Approximately 25 - 30 hours a week) but expected to become a full time position within 6 months.

Our ideal candidate will:
- Have previous Reception or Office admin experience
- Demonstrate good communication skills and a polite phone manner
- Have good attention to detail and accuracy
- Enjoy being busy and learning on the job
- ‘Can-do’ attitude with a flexible and approachable persona
- Be flexible with hours 
- A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Bright and bubbly personality
- Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and regulations

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting
- Answering phones, taking messages and transferring calls
- Mail pick up and distribution
- Office stationary/supply ordering
- Fleet maintenance
- Travel and accommodation bookings for all senior staff
- General admin tasks, including, printing, binding, scanning
- Basic data entry
- Assisting senior staff as required
