Job Description:

  • Experienced and motivated secretariat wanted 
  • High level minute taking
  • Starting ASAP

We are looking for a secretariat who is able to hit the ground running and take high level minutes at board meetings.
We require a candidate who is a quick learner, shows initiative and is flexible to change.  You will be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook and have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Key duties of this role include: 
  • Compilation of meeting agendas
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Following up on actions coming out of meetings

The ideal candidate will have: 
  • Minute taking experience, preferably for an executive level board
  • Exceptional listening skills and ability to summarise key points
  • Attention to detail and always looking for ways to improve processes
