Based on Auckland’s City fringe, our client provides technology-based solutions and services to the Building and Construction industries of New Zealand. In fact, they provide solutions to all industries that support this area, so your clients could be those in the manufacturing or finance sector, they could be Project Managers, Engineers, Recruitment agencies, importers of products…a wide range for sure.
Due to growth, they are strengthening their Sales team and are looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager who will actively on-board new clients and manage the needs of a portfolio of clients, by providing exceptional customer service, technical expertise; training and ongoing customer assistance to ensure the maintenance of profitable business relationships.
What ‘s Involved
- Onboarding and training new clients as well as on-going training for existing clients
- Supporting clients in the on-going execution of their use of the system
- Complete back-end customization/set-up of system as required by each client
- Planning a call cycle to visit your clients as swell as giving them phone-based support
- Working towards increased customer loyalty and no churn
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of your client’s business goals
- Identifying areas where you can upsell or add to the client’s solution set and maximise revenue
- Manage, maintain & grow profitable business to achieve/exceed set targets
- Complete outbound customer care calls, training calls and renewal/payment calls
Why You?
- You have previous Account Management and/or Customer Relationship Management experience
- Have a passion for delivering outstanding client service, with a strong focus on your customers’ needs
- You have previous training, experience, preferably both face to face, on phone or webinar
- You love technology and can make it easy for others to understand
- You have amazing time management skills able to manage competing tasks with ease
- You are self-managing and enjoy the support of others but don’t need hand holding
- You’re an innovative thinker who enjoys interacting with clients on a daily basis.
- You have previous Account Management and/or Customer Relationship Management experience
- Understands the impact of the bottom line and will work towards increasing sales revenue.
