Contact Centre Agent-Onehunga

An excellent opportunity has come through for people with customer service/contact centre experience and are keen for work close to home in Onehunga.  This role will fully utilise your previous inbound/outbound contact centre experience as you assist on a busy high profile campaign.  Calls will be high volume and you will be using scripts to help you fully assist customers with a variety of queries.  In this role you will be working for a very well-established outsource contact centre in new offices located in Onehunga. 

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • To be flexible to work rotating shifts on a 24/7 roster
  • To have intermediate MS office experience and feel confident with quickly learning new systems
  • The ability to think on your feet as you handle a high volume of calls from a variety of customers on a daily basis
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly and professional manner
  • A high level of motivation and desire to achieve
  • The reliability and commitment for a long-term campaign
  • Previous Inbound/Outbound call centre experience
