Sales Administrator-Penrose

Our client located in Penrose is looking for an experience sales administrator to join their busy Auckland team.  In this role you will be order processing using SAP and liaising with clients via email and phone.  Starting asap this busy role promises to keep you busy and there are possible permanent opportunities in the future.

 Duties include:

  • Fielding phone and email queries
  • Data entry into SAP of orders
  • Following up on order deliveries
  • Other adhoc administrative duties

To be successful you will ideally have:

  • Fast and accurate data entry
  • Excellent communication skills and friendly phone manner
  • Proven experience using SAP
  • The ability to work well unsupervised and meet set deadlines
  • The ability to think outside the square to solve any queries/problems
  • Intermediate MS office
