GP - General Practitioner – Sunshine Coast - Indigenous Health Are you an experienced GP with Fellowship seeking meaningful work in a central location?? Are you skilled in Indigenous Health & Torres Strait Islander Health?? Does living between sparkling world class beaches & mountain hinterland make you feel good??
With a strong passion for community wellness, this practice offers Indigenous and Torres Strait Islanders with holistic and culturally appropriate general health in a caring environment. This is a small and supportive team, however the right GP will be a flexible and open minded person who is happy to work autonomously.
The clinic provides a diverse range of services to include; general medicine, young people health, reproductive health and contraception, mental and social wellbeing support, respiratory health, heart health assessments, diabetes screening and care packages, women’s and men’s health. In addition the team offers visiting specialists.
Nestled in the midst of beaches and mountain hinterland, this location boasts: cafes, restaurants, markets and art galleries. The area offers easy transit, affordable homes and reputable schools nearby.
Clinic is open 5 days. Hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday with a 7:00 pm finish on Tuesday & Thursday. Clinic is closed weekends.
On Offer:- Full/Part time – 3 to 5 days
- 70% of Billings paid to GP
- Hourly Guarantee to $150
- Full time Nursing support
- Focus: domestic violence & children support
- Flexible Employment Arrangement
- No weekends required
- Non DWS area
Requirements:- General Practitioners with Vocational Registration (FRACGP, FACRRM, FRNZCGP or equivalent) with AHPRA a must
