Contact Centre Representatives

We are looking for some excellent Contact Centre Representatives for ongoing roles in Wellington CBD and in Porirua. These roles are often full permanent, but can be temporary or fixed term depending on our clients’ needs. We would like to have people available as and when these roles come up over the next few months.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in customer service, call centre and hospitality work.  Great interpersonal and communication skills are a must.

To be successful in this role, you should be detail orientated with excellent computer skills in the Microsoft package and have a great phone manner. You will be a fast learner and have a great work ethic. Someone flexible and patient with excellent communication skills would be perfect for this role. Fast typing skills and data entry would be a big plus.

The main duties include;

- Primarily inbound calls from a variety of customers

- Providing varying levels of support

- Data entry

- Providing excellent customer service
