Te Wānanga o Aotearoa is one of New Zealand's largest tertiary education providers and upholds whānau transformation through education.

We invite applications for a new position coordinating and monitoring organisational quality improvement initiatives, including educational performance and self-assessment activities. This career opportunity is your chance to join a professional and dynamic Quality and Audit team to contribute toward the transformation of the organisation through an exciting change phase.

This permanent full-time position reports to the Quality and Audit Lead and is based at our Head Office in Te Awamutu.

The primary function of this role is to manage the development, monitoring, analysis and reporting of organisational quality improvement actions.

 You will have proven skills and success in the coordination and reporting of process improvement and quality assurance within a complex organisation.

 Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Development and monitoring of organisational quality action plans
  • Administering academic data and information collection
  • Analysis of quality improvement data
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure action plans are updated
  • Reporting on action plan progress and issues
  • Providing training and support to internal stakeholders

 To be successful in this role you will have

  • 5+ experience in the tertiary education sector
  • Experience in analysis of reporting of process improvement and quality assurance    A relevant tertiary qualification
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.

 A personal commitment to excellence and your growth is essential.
