Job Description:

Are you a legal secretary looking for a new challenge? Have you got at least 3 years' experience in a legal assistant position?

If so, a leading commercial law firm based in Auckland CBD, is currently seeking an experienced legal secretary to join their Banking and Finance team on a full-time, permanent basis.
  • Full time, permanent Legal Secretary role - Banking & Finance
  • Salary up to $65k dependant on experience

What do you need?
  • 3-5 years' legal secretary experience (Senior role)
  • Ideally an understanding of 3e and AML systems
  • Ability to mark up documents
  • Having a strong understanding of the banking and finance sector
  • Professional and highly articulate
About the role
As the incoming Legal Secretary, you will be supporting the banking and finance team in addition to another partner:
  • Personal Assistant duties - Dealing with diary & travel management
  • Liaising with clients directly - being the face of the partners when they are not around
  • Billing
  • General Legal Assistant duties
