Job Description:

An independent law firm based in Central Auckland is currently seeking a Legal Secretary to join their Conveyancing team on a full time, permanent basis.

As the incoming Legal Secretary, you will be joining a small firm with a family culture. You will also recieve: 
  • Full time, permanent Legal Secretary role - specialising in conveyancing
  • Competitive Salary up to $75k dependant on experience
  • Offices based outside of the CBD with parking
  • Exposure to all areas of conveyancing to aid career progression
About the role:
  • Supporting 3 authors with drafting conveyancing documents
  • Liaising with clients in person and over the phone
  • General administration duties
  • Billing
What do you need? 
The firm are open to how much experience you have. Whether you are entry level Legal Secretary with 1 years  experience (training will be provided) or an experinced legal secretary who can come in and hit the ground running: You will have: 
  • Have an understanding of New Zealand Conveyancing laws 
  • Previously experience working directly with clients 
  • A very positive 'can do attitude' to show initiative
