Job Description:

Ideally this role would suit someone who is computer savvy, focused and dedicated to achieving results. This would be suited for someone who can communicate effectively and has a “Just get it done” attitude.
Role includes but is not limited to:

Tracking project performance
  • Must be able to assist in planning;
  • Excellent written and verbal
Communication skills;
  • Data entry of all information that is supplied by the team daily;
  • Checking progression, reviewing timings and reporting on the daily metrics;
  • Schedule meetings with the management team to report on findings;
  • Have a sound understanding of all steps involved in project management.

Client care
  • Communicate any potential new works with the appropriate manager, ensure that all information is relayed to that manager;
  • Respond to clients with information received and work with them where queries may arise;
  • Ensuring clients expectations are achieved.

  • Be a master of Excel and Microsoft word;
  • Uploading and formatting any information related to the projects to the appropriate location;
  • Organising required documentation;
  • Compiling all documentation and information to relay to the Accounts Manager for claiming;
  • Provide administration support to the Project Manager.

Management of materials
  • Management of inwards and outwards goods.
