Job Description:

Select is currently seeking a part-time Office Administrator to join the busy admin team of a highly respected client.  This position claims responsibility for financial administrative processing and data management for their Dunedin Branch. 

Promising to be a varied and fast-paced role, this position will suit someone looking for a challenge.  This role will see you  interacting across all areas of the business including financial administration, reconciliations and payroll support including the on boarding of new employees.

Currently this position has scope for hours between 8.30am – 3pm, with a weekly total fluctuation of between 20-30 hours . There could be a fairly immediate start for the right person and a successful application would see you joining an organisation that is both well-known and respected across Otago.

Job Requirements:

Key requirements of the position include:
  • Experienced in the processing of creditors and debtors
  • Assisting with data entry of job orders and reconciliations
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Punctual, demonstrating excellent  written and verbal communications
  • Strong team player, able to support across administrative functions as required
